Unknown is a valid answer.
Property data is useful when its limits are visible. Every hazard result shows whether exposure was found, the property was assessed as clear, or mapping is not yet available.
No invented confidence. No blank space disguised as certainty.

Before you start.
What you can see before signup, what the report contains, and what happens after the trial.
What can I see before creating an account?
The property snapshot is free and requires no signup. It gives you an automated price estimate, selected natural-hazard findings, last sold date and price, and zoning in plain English.
What does the property report cost?
A report is $29.99 for one property, or included with an active paid Pro subscription.
What is included in the Pro trial?
Seven days of the Pro logbook with no credit card required. You can forward and add documents, materials and maintenance records; the property report remains a separate $29.99 purchase during the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you choose Pro, ongoing tracking and editing continue for $19 per month or $182.40 per year. If you do not continue, you keep read access to the record you created.
Does Home Logbook guess when data is missing?
No. Results distinguish between assessed exposure, assessed clear and not yet mapped. Estimates show the method and source date, and are never presented as professional valuations. A range or confidence rating only appears when the source actually supplies one.
Can buyers use Home Logbook?
Yes. Buyers can purchase a property report for $29.99 to review 40+ data points before making an offer, without starting a subscription.
